Quality Policy Statement


Samruf Technical Services Ltd is an engineering machine shop, welding and fabrication services company operating in the Nigeria oil and gas industry.

As a customer-focused company, it is the policy of Samruf to ensure a clear understanding of client’s needs and expectations, to meet client needs, statutory and regulatory requirements and strive to exceed client expectations in cost effective manner.

Consequently, a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and API SPEC Q1, 9th edition, 2013 is established, documented, implemented and maintained. The product realization and support processes of Samruf planned to meet the requirements of these international standards.

The top management of Samruf has the basic responsibility over the quality management system and is committed to continually improve its effectiveness.

Quality objectives directed at different functions and levels and in consonance with this quality policy are established, pursued and reviewed periodically for effectiveness.

The management representative (MR) has the major responsibility of coordination of quality activities in the company. He ensures that this quality policy is communicated, understood and implemented throughout the company and is continually reviewed for suitability.
